My name is Cody Pasa and I’m the managing broker for the Coldwell Banker Metro Office. I have been in real estate since 2006 and have helped hundreds of buyers and sellers find their dream properties over the years. When the opportunity presented itself to become the Branch Manager I was excited for the journey. I enjoy the relationship building side of the business and being able to help new agents start their career and experienced agents grow their business. I feel real estate is a very ”think outside of the box” type of business and enjoy constantly helping new and experienced agents come up with new/creative ideas. I also feel it is very important to have a broker/manager that can help you grow your business, not just answer any questions that may come up. I see my manager role as being more of a business partner so you never feel like you don’t have someone to lean on for support/advice.
The Altoona Office believes that community, teamwork, collaboration and knowledge are integral pieces of our culture. The agents in this office are passionate about giving back to our local communities. We hold annual fundraisers that are fun for the entire company! For example, in 2019 we held a Trivia Contest. Our agents donated $1,000 to benefit the Animal Rescue League of Iowa and had a great time! Teamwork and collaboration go hand-in-hand. Our agents share information, support each other, help each other and genuinely respect each other. Each agent has their own idea of what they want their business to be and we embrace that! The environment of this office truly feels like a family. Knowledge is also a key part of our culture in the Altoona office and company-wide. We are constantly improving our knowledge and sharing our experiences through classes, meetings, roundtables and trainings. It is important to be well-rounded in the knowledge area. Sharing experiences is key.
