My name is Cody Pasa and I’m the managing broker for the Coldwell Banker Metro Office. I have been in real estate since 2006 and have helped hundreds of buyers and sellers find their dream properties over the years. When the opportunity presented itself to become the Branch Manager I was excited for the journey. I enjoy the relationship building side of the business and being able to help new agents start their career and experienced agents grow their business. I feel real estate is a very ”think outside of the box” type of business and enjoy constantly helping new and experienced agents come up with new/creative ideas. I also feel it is very important to have a broker/manager that can help you grow your business, not just answer any questions that may come up. I see my manager role as being more of a business partner so you never feel like you don’t have someone to lean on for support/advice.

Our expertise includes all aspects of buying and selling existing homes, new construction, land, acreages, multi-family, condo/townhomes, foreclosures and short sales. We work as a TEAM supporting and advising each other and leveraging the strength of each agent to serve our clients. We are a dynamic, innovative urban office focused on embracing and supporting the diversity of our community. The key to our outstanding agents is expertise and a desire to serve our community. We work full-time to keep up with technology, current markets, community topics and events as well as building trends. We interact with other professionals making our TEAM even stronger as we assist our clients with their real estate needs.Our administrative assistant, Emily O’Brian, is the heart of our office. She is the friendly smile that greets visitors. She willingly assists our agents with the numerous details of real estate transactions. We are located in the heart of the East Village of Des Moines in an innovative, hip space. With easy access to major freeways, we are able to serve not only downtown Des Moines and Polk County but also surrounding counties. WE ARE HERE TO SERVE OUR CLIENTS AND THE COMMUNITY.
