Tracey Nygren has been licensed since January of 2003. During her years as a respected Realtor® in the Des Moines area she crafted a highly successful real estate business that encompassed a wide range of clientele. From investment properties to luxury estates, from new construction to resale home marketing and everything in between, her passion for the industry and in serving others was her driving force. As the manager of the Ankeny office, Tracey has now taken that passion and coaches, motivates, educates, and inspires her agents to achieve things they never thought possible. Tracey believes strongly in continuing education and has a multitude of designations including her Certified Residential Salesperson (CRS). And while they say those that can’t do teach, Tracey was consistently a top producer while she was actively selling, making her an invaluable resource for her agents. Tracey is a third generation Ankeny resident, enjoys all things sports, is a potent mixologist and has raised four children in the community that she loves to call HOME.
